Corporate Wreath Workshops

Booking process 

If you are interested in booking a corporate wreath workshop or event with Us Please email us at hello@bloomoftheblock.com with the following info.

  • mentioning the number of attendees

  • the location and your preferred date and time slot

  • Our team will get back to your enquiry with a quote within 2-3 days

  • Once a date and time has been agreed, we will send over an invoice. Payment of this invoice will confirm your booking with us. 

Payment

We will require a full payment upfront, ahead of the workshop/event to secure your date.

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer or by payment link, in the second case there will be a 3% credit card fee applied.

  • The total price will depend on the total number of people attending and will include travel and setup fee if applicable.

  • If, at the time of booking the number of attendees is unknown, we will ask you to provide us with an estimate of the minimum/guaranteed number and we will invoice for that amount/price tier to secure your place.

  • Closer to the date, we will check with you whether this number is still accurate or whether more people are joining than originally agreed.

  • if you later add more participants we can not move you into the cheaper price bracket. the new attendees will be invoiced at the pricepoint the number falls in.

  • we are currently not VAT registered and VAT will not be added to the prices.

Cancellations 

Should you need to cancel your workshop or event or reduce the number of attendees originally agreed and paid for, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • If we are notified at least 1 month in advance, we may be able to reschedule your workshop to a different slot, free of charge. After this notice period, there will be a £150 rescheduling fee. If we are not able to find a slot that works for both of us, we can provide wreath making kits for your attendees.

  • For any last-minute cancellations, whether a full cancellation or a reduction in the number of people attending, we can provide wreath making kits on the condition that we are notified at least 72h prior to the workshop.

  • Workshop payments are always non-refundable.

What is required from you as a host of the space/venue

If we are holding the workshop from your offices or a venue you have booked, we do need the following from you please

  • that you provide a table that’s spacious enough for each attendee to work at. We generally recommend a space of 50cm x 50cm per person.

  • A table/space for us to display materials etc but we can discuss other options if needed.

  • As we will be working with fresh products, a little water might get spilled. Therefore we recommend choosing a room with a floor that’s easy to clean. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any water damage.

  • if the surface we are making the wreaths on is expensive, fragile or marks easily please use a Tablecloth to prevent any damage. If you need us to provide this and hire cloths or table protection from us, please email and let us know at least a week ahead of the workshop. We cannot be held responsible to any surface damage.

Safety

Please understand that you take part in all workshops at your own risk. It is your responsibility to use our equipment carefully and follow instructions given to you by the workshop leader. We cannot be held responsible for any injury caused as a result of partaking in one of our workshops. If an attendee is below the age of 18, they must be accompanied by an adult, and the adult must be responsible for them during the class. 

Photography and social media coverage

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that we may share some content on our social media channels, website or in promotional materials (e.g. booklets) to promote future events similar to yours. If you are not comfortable with us mentioning your business’ name and any content, please notify us of this. 

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you also agree that we can use your business’ name and logo across our website, social media and promotional materials as part of our ‘previous clients’ for future promotion. If you are not comfortable with this, please notify us via email.
