Ordering

Local orders 

orders going to E17 Only can be delivered the same day when placed before 12pm that day.

Same day Delivery

to E17 is a higher charge as we have to use another courier for last min orders.

Londonwide orders 

all addresses outside of E17 and within M25 can be delivered the next day when placed before 12pm (earlier if possible)

Please order sooner if possible

as the amount of stock we order in, is relevant to the amount of orders placed for that week. This helps us manage our stock and avoid waste and guarantees we have plenty of amazing stock in for your orders.

Timing

Deliveries are not time specific, but are approx between 10am - 5pm.

Same Day deliveries are approx 2pm - 7pm.

Collection

In-store Pickup: All orders can be collected from our shop Wed-Sat within the opening times. You will be prompted to select an approximate time for collection when you make the order. Your order will be ready for that time.

Amend or cancel an order

If you would like to amend or cancel an order, please get in touch with us before 9am the day before your delivery date as our courier charges for late cancellations and we will have to pass this charge on.

Please note this timeframe is for online shop bunches only, not bespoke orders.

If the order has left our shop, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.

Refund Policy

We work with seasonal flowers to create our bouquets and arrangements, so the flowers are ever changing from those in photographs. However, we do mention in the bouquet description the usual key stems we like to use and for you to expect.

We do not offer refunds. in the case of the item not meeting your expectations You have to respect our professional judgement and decisions as we have to consider Availability, weekly price fluctuations on the flower market, seasonality, style, freshness and transport. Nothing leaves the shop without the utmost consideration to all of these factors.

flowers may have small imperfections due to the nature of the product. If, however, you feel like the flowers you received do not seem fresh or are in a Noticeably bad condition, please inform us by sending an image within 24 hours of receiving them (please send via email or whatsapp). At our sole discretion, we will use our professional judgement to decide whether the flowers are indeed in an unacceptable condition. If this is the case, we will offer a redelivery on our next available delivery date. Please note we cannot offer refunds in this scenario unless there has been an error on our bahalf.
